3 out of 4 of us in the family have had treatment through Bons Orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The service within the office is second to none. We felt like family the first time we stepped through the door because of the effort of the staff that really cares about you. I highly recommend this office for its professionalism and dedication to the patient. Thumbs up Dr B… you and your team make a difference!

Long waits, difficult making appointments, and unfriendly office. Ended up switching 2 kids halfway through treatment to a different orthodontist. My kids where unhappy and constantly complained that they where never being explained anything. Sorry I didn’t make the switch earlier. Very happy with the new orthodontist… completely opposite experience from Dr. Bons.

I love the staff at Bons Orthodontics ! They are friendly and professional. The office uses the best technology, even signing in for check ups and email reminders. They work with me on my crazy schedule and allowed me to come in a few minutes early so I could head out to a family dinner. I’ve had braces before, and my experience here beats the competition hands down. Dr. Bons made a perfect evaluation of what I needed for my teeth and they look perfect! I would definitely recommend them.

Beware of Lilly. Terrible 3 of the 4 times she’s done anything with my braces I’ve had to go back and have them redo what she messed up. Awful and rude and not gentle with your mouth. I would never let her come close to my kids mouths. She thinks it’s funny when she stabs you with the wire or rips the bracket off of a tooth that is being pulled down. Tammy is great dr bons is great. He needs to let this person go she is bad for business.
Everyone else in the office is amazing.
If it weren’t for lilly they would get 5 stars. She’s terrible. And I find out that she works with the «special needs» children. Omg they are probably terrified when they leave and won’t say anything about her because they are afraid. She needs to BE GONE ASAP!
