So this place has mixed reviews. Blue says it’s great Sean M. not so much. A friend suggested it and I had a good experience. I pulled a number as instructed and waited for just a minute or 2 for them to call my number in Spanish. Thank goodness I remember that much! I smiled and greeted the cashier in English to ask for a large coffee. She asked if I wanted a regular coffee and I asked for cream and sugar. She said they didn’t have cream and I asked if I could have a cappuccino. She said yes and asked if I wanted chocolate and cinnamon on top. At this point, I realized there was a language barrier but she was doing her very best to speak to me in English, which I so appreciated! She went off to make my cappuccino and I perused the glass cases filled with pastries. They were oh so tempting but I tried to be good. I settled on a caprese empanada. I paid and sat down in one of the few tables they have. While I didn’t have the opportunity to try any of the desserts they look OHSOGOOD!

I have mixed reviews about this café mostly due to their customer service. Almost everyone who works here speaks Spanish, not very good English which is cool I usually don’t mind since I can usually hold a semi conversation. However, once they can’t converse with you in Spanish the customer service automatically goes down. The prices are little heavy especially for their coffee. Their empanadas are just OK. I will say come here for traditional Argentinean baked goods and pastries those are the true star of this place. I could eat 20 of those mini sweetened croissants which is the main reason I go. The cakes with the dulce de leche is also very good. Any of the sweets in the cases are a good bet, and their baked bread is very fresh and soft.

A clean and comfortable environment with a diverse menu. It gets busy so if you do not have patience you may want to go elsewhere. But if you do have patience then it is worth the wait.

Great pastries, ok miga sandwiches(please use real cheese and not that processed crap), horrible service. The staff behind the counter is clueless and too focused on their own conversations to pay attention to the customers. It’s a shame, I really liked this place.

Muy mala calidad de facturas y galletas. No son frescas, el sabor muy malo. La atención pésima! La persona que nos atendió fue muy poco amable y nos dio las facturas que no queríamos. No es recomendable. La lagrima zafa.

The food is always on point. Two downfalls: expensive and the girls behind the counter aren’t always the kindest, but, if you love authentic Argentinian food, then you’ll put up with the temporary nonsense.

Delicioso Bakery! Perfecto para desayunar! El café muy bueno, la comida también, pero los pasteleros lo mejor. Precios accesibles, la atención ok! El ambiente familiar. En definitiva un buen lugar para conversar comer y tomarse un buen café!!!

It started off as just a horrible service issue and experience. The girls behind the registers were clueless about meals and prices. I should’ve stopped and taken the hint right there. Fast forward to now and I’ve been suffering for over 8 hours with food poisoning. I had one meal yesterday, from Buenos Aires, and a ton of regret. What started as some basic nausea turned into a complete nightmare. Needless to say, I am NEVER going there again!

Very bad service. Over priced and they made me wait 50 minutes for a breaded chicken sandwich. To go. When we asked for the sandwich’s money back so we could leave(we spent around $ 50 in total) they said the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t give us money back. Not coming back. The«miga» sandwiches were very soggy and look nasty.

I’ve been coming to this bakery since I moved to Florida. I love the variety of pastry’s and empanadas they have. This is my go to place for empanadas for every potluck occasion I am invited to. I usually purchase the mini empanadas to share and always get the meat ones. What I love about them is the flavor of the meat, it is not plain in flavor and also the empanada is not greasy even if I order the fried ones. They do carry the baked ones as well. During the weekends this place gets packed and taking a ticket number is a must. I’ve ordered lunch there once and it is reasonable and fresh. They also carry a variety of wines from Argentina and various imported foods and such. If you need a cake for anything they have custom ones but also usually have a stock to carry out. They have always been friendly and great at having my orders ready for pick up on time.

Good empanadas and fair pricing. If it were just a bakery, this place would easily be 5 stars. There’s so many options and everything I’ve tried(a lot) has been really really good, especially if you love dulce de leche. They also serve other food but it’s just okay. If you’re looking for meal, look elsewhere, but when you’re done there come here asap for dessert.

This is my new favorite bakery in the area. We walked in, took a number and thought we would have to wait a while, considering the amount of peoples there. Don’t let the line intimidate you, it moves very quickly! We tried many things, and everything was good, but they really know what they are doing when it comes to the empanadas(especially chicken o.m.g.). Don’t even get me started on the croissants, specifically the«salado»(salty)… I’ve never had anything like that, it’s the perfect combination of sweet and salty… I could probably eat 20 of them. I’ve ordered a café con leche twice from there, and it is just okay. I think from now on, we’ll just pick up the items and bring it home to enjoy with a cappuccino from my trusty nespresso machine. :)

OH… MY…GOODNESS! So, I was taken here by a friend who was born in Argentina. We drove almost an hour to visit this perfect little bakery, and the drive was so well worth it. From the moment we entered, it was like I was in a different world! Everyone was speaking spanish, and it smelled unbelievable. The display cases were filled and beautiful! Everything looked so good. We spent a little over an hour in the café enjoying our food, and it was so good that we took a care package home! (disclaimer: I don’t speak spanish, so please forgive me for incorrect spelling! My friend ordered for us, so I am recalling as best as I can!) We started with Churipan and sandwich de entraña. They were so darn good. The chimichuri sauce was like a party in my mouth. I was so satisfied by those two menu items. We also ate empanada de jamon y queso & empanada de pollo. The outside was perfectly crispy, and the filling was so delicious. We took home: sandwich de miga and toasted them before eating them(they were so yummy!) Pasteles: medialuna pastelitos de dulce de membrillo cañocito de dulce de leche Everything was just so savory and satisfying. It was fresh and perhaps some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten.

I always come here whenever I’m craving empanadas. So far, I’ve tried the spinach, meat, and cheese & onion. They are all great, specially the meat which is my favorite. I’ve also had the churros here which are pretty decent(actually, a lot better than what I expected). Now this might be because I’m used to the cheap original empanadas I ate in Latin America but the prices here aren’t that low. If anything, I thought they were pricey for their size. However, the taste is worth it when I’m craving them. Haven’t gotten the other pastries yet but I’m looking forward to trying them. I’ll probably get a cake sometime soon so will review later!

So many desserts! I like the empanadas, don’t love them, but like them. I recommend the beef over anything. Second would be the caprese empanada. The ham and cheese was just okay. The dulce de leche cake just melts in your mouth. Scrumptious!

I typically stop in and order the milanesa sandwich or a couple empanadas when im hungry. They obviously have way more than that. The facturas are always freah and delicious. I like to stop by and get desert box with all the different pastries. I have ordered cakes as well for special occasions. By far one of the best items Buenos Aires bakery has is its bread. The baguettes are out of this world whether you buy the big loafs or the mini baguettes. They also sell wines, yerba mate, sandwiches and an assorment of Argentine products if your feeling a little homesick. I recommend you pop on by the one in Pines or you could go to the one in North Beach. Either way you are definately & literally in for a treat.

Food is great, service sucks for the most part. I’ve added photos of the«filtered reviews which really tell the story.» Unilocal needs a better way of figuring out spam and real reviews.

«Classless Barbarism! I’ve patronized Buenos Aires bakery for a few months now, I believe I’ve been there about 4 times. But this is the last time! Buenos Aires bakery has some reasonably priced tasty „hors d’œuvre“ like bakery items. I’ve never spent more than $ 3 for a few small pastries each time I’ve been here. They work on a number call system, you basically take a paper number from the dispenser and wait until they call your number to be served. This simpleton system seemed to work fine until today. My number was #31, and when my number was called I gestured to the woman and walked towards the counter(I was only about 5 feet away). Out of the blue an undomesticated woman barged to the counter and started blabbering in an unrefined tongue to the woman. The woman who called my number then ignored me and proceeded to serve the obviously classless woman(the woman had #32 by the way). Oddly when the woman behind the counter finished serving the uncouth woman, she then yelled out „33″. I was like what? I said,“ you just called #31, then you ignored me, now you are calling #33?» She replied, «oh, that woman was before you!!! «. So I said its not my problem she has number #32 when you called #31. And if you know I’m #31, why are you skipping to #33 when you know you just served #32, when you were suppose to serve #31? Further more if you’re on a number system, why are you retorting to «depressed community» like business practices? Unfortunately I still ordered a couple of the pastries, but when I was driving away I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat them. So I threw them in the garbage when I arrived at my home. I really didn’t expect to encounter this kind of uncultured troglodyte behavior in Pembroke Pines. I’m still in a state of shock! Unfortunately it wasn’t until today that I read the filtered reviews of Washington A., Elsa N., T. M., Cookie S., michael e., Rod I., and Norberto M. . All of them noting the same thing, barbaric like customer service.

The one thing I miss about Miami(and I promise, there is only one thing), is having Cuban pastries on the weekend. I used to go every Saturday morning to the bakery right around the corner and stack up some guava, cheese, guava&cheese, coconut and meat pastelitos to fuel us for the morning. Unfortunately there aren’t any bakeries around my way that will provide my Cuban fix so I have converted… I am now Argentinian — by digestion. Shout out to Brenda P who mentioned this is the spot to get your hands on some miga sandwiches. Also, I mentioned to Brenda if we opened a Cuban bakery in Sunrise, we’d be millionaires — but that’s for another day. We came in on a Saturday and were flustered by all of the delicious sweet and savory choices. There is a case as soon as you walk in that is stacked with cakes and desserts. We didn’t get any sweets but were in the mood for a salty fix… We got a pack of four miga sandwiches. In case you are not familiar — migas are Argentinian sandwiches which have the crust cut off them(Hey Mom! Thanks for doing that for me as a kid) and made with thin white bread, thin ham, cheese and a mayo. They are delicious. We also got some empanadas. The caprese was the wifes favorite but for me the«carne» empanada was one of the best I’ve had. I could of easily scarfed down a couple of them. The staff was super friendly(smiling the whole time which is always so nice) and patient while we picked out what we wanted. Super reasonably priced and the place was spotless. I think I’ve found our new weekend morning stop.

The hubs is from Argentina and is always looking for authentic Argentine food whether it be entrana, parrillada, or empanadas, so this place piqued my interest immediately. It is close to where I work, so when I was about 30 minutes before clock-in time, I decided to give this place a go. I am very glad that I did. In the first place, everything in the store looks picture perfect. And the smell is absolutely luxurious. When you walk in you are greeted by beautiful cakes in a revolving fridge. Towards the front of the store, there are cases full of pastries and empanadas. For my first time I bought a selection of facturas with cheese and fruit. The staff was extremely friendly, and super nice about my limited Espanol. One of the cashiers gave me a pastry to try before I left. It was absolutely delicious. I brought the rest of the pastries with me to work to share– they were gone in an instant. Everyone agreed that they were fantastic! I will definitely be going here again to try the empanadas and coffee.
