Went to the drive thru in the late evening. Service was fast and polite. They got the order right too!

Don’t go here! Total ripoff fries all cold and nasty and not even filled up to the top. Homeless guy just sitting around there the whole restaurant smells bad.

1st of all, the manager looks like the one that got fired from checkers on undercover boss!!! 2nd of all it seems more like a hangout for the homeless, While we were eating there 3 inside with us, not eating. Simply chilling, one was even playing paper basketball. Nothing against anyone but no one wants to eat surrounded by bad smell, I mean at least if they would shower. Anyways very very unattractive look for such food chain. And finally 3rd there’s not even 1 tv, I mean come on mcdonalds carries like 3 at one 1 store. Not coming back!!! Unless changes are made.

I have only word for this BK – PATHETIC!!! The service is slow, and the food is lukewarm. No matter how much you complain, or how much they change the management – it still sucks! Sure, they have friendly service. But what good is that if you have to wait 20 minutes for fast(?) food? I have been eating there ever since it opened, and the service has gone down the toilet! Time to flush this piece of crap!
