Just left the cleaners where I had been visiting quite often over the last 2 years. I only had to pick up 2 shirts for a total of $ 4.65 and the owner stated something about $ 10. I said I didn’t understand and he raised his voice and said look at the sign ($ 10 min credit card charge). Needless to say it was not my fault I was unable to understand his English and asked for further clarification. I paid in cash with no «thank you» proffered. I won’t be back…

Horrible costumer service. I’m never going back. I tried to explained to the older gentleman working there about the label on my dress with specific instructions and he rolled his eyes. I thought I was in a hidden camera TV Show. I couldn’t believe how he was totally dismissing me and the label with instructions. He was annoyed by me interrupting his time behind his hideaway spot on the back of the counter. The place smells funky and your clothes will smell just like that once you get it back. Take your business some other place. There are plenty of Dry cleaners around the area smelling much better with nicer people willing to listen and do a great job.
