Yikes! A friend of mines lives right down the street from this Einstein’s so I stopped in one morning for breakfast on my way to her house. I’ve been to this Einstein’s before but I’ve only had the bagels. This time I ordered something from their thintastic egg whites breakfast menu called the «southwest turkey sausage» sandwich. I asked the cashier what was on this sandwich and he simply told me turkey sausage and egg whites on a bagel. Cool. simple enough right? WRONG. When I got to my friend’s house and opened the sandwich up, I noticed that the egg whites were clearly the liquid ones that you pour into a skillet. They were soggy and not fully cooked. Additionally, they added both pepper jack cheese AND cream cheese along with some weird green peppers. It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled gross, it looked inedible, and it was something that I definitely would have demanded a refund for if I were still in the store. I guess it’s «thintastic» because you can’t eat it! That’s one way to skimp on the calories. If you’re coming here for breakfast, I’d suggest sticking to the bagels.
