Giti has really cutes clothes, but it is NOT worth ordering from here. Obviously, ordering online can be difficult when you can’t try the clothes on to see if they fit. If you order an item, to return it you have to pay for the shipping costs, and they won’t even refund you, its store credit only. This is where it gets good. When you order something with store credit, its final sale. No refunds, no exchanges. Ive never heard of a website that has this kind of policy before. So, when you order something with their gift certificates, make sure you think it will fit. Which can be hard since the clothes in their pictures don’t look like that when you get them. Their customer service is literally horrible. They are rude and don’t issue out exceptions. Businesses with bad customer service fail. So good luck to this company but i won’t be ordering again.

GARBAGE !!! looks great online but very cheaply made and sized super small. I sized UP and still it was small AND cheap looking. booooo the return policy is very bad with and huge shipping charges its a total rip off !! these SAME kind of clothes are selling in stores for 20 dollars or less locally and likely on ALIBABA for 8.99. stay away from GITI

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEANDRETURNPOLICYEVERRRRRR!!! I bought a couple items, returned one of them for store credit. Then I used that credit to purchase something else. Makes sense right? Well that item didn’t fit well and I didn’t like the style in person. I tried to return again and they said I couldn’t return an item that was purchased with store credit. WHAT!!! First of all, it was MY money that I purchased it with + a store credit. Why can’t you just give me another store credit? Does GITI lose any money by giving me another store credit? NOPE. Am I happy because I get to return the item? Yup. GITI somehow does not understand this and thinks the best way to do business is to tell the person that the best they can get in this situation is a change of size. No more money will be spent at GITI. Thanks for taking my $ 60.

PLEASESAVEYOURMONEY! I am ordered 3 items from gitionline for a vacation in jan 2015. The items came to me on 12÷24÷15 but shortly after I received it I went on vacation for about three weeks. When I came back home I tired to process an exchange for one of the dresses I had purchased because it fit too small. I simply wanted a size medium instead of a small. I am 5’5 and 130 pounds so generally a size small fits be quite nice but this dress I brought literally hurt to put on. I called giti to try to process the exchange online and they told me «I could not exchange or return my dress because I had brought it on a sale». I did not want to return the items I simply wanted to exchange it. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there were no managers and the lady I spoke to on the phone(who was very rude btw) said that she was the highest person I could speak to unless I emailed. The WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I HAVEEVERHADTODEALWITHEVER!!! Not only will I not be shopping at gitionline anymore but I will not recommend them to any other customers. I went on a trip with about 30 other people and recommended each person to this site. Each person brought at least one item for this site but I can promise giti that will be the last time. I will be also sharing my thoughts with the BBB. Signed save your money.

never ever buy from these people… I placed an order online and 2 days later my order arrived… their clothes look quality online but are made of cheap material so I wasn’t suprised when i could not fit what I had brought. I called their office the to ask about a refund or exchange and since all the things I brought were on sale they declined me a refund or exchange… now I stuck with cheap clothing that I can not fit and no money to buy something else… I thought when you have a business you please your consumer I guess not, I will never buy anything from them ever again; poor business

God awful placed order online and money was taken from credit card. A rude female called me asking alot of personal info then said i will call u back and she+cancelled my order called back and no reason was given. I need the dress+for my bday on the 28th and they ruined it.

After contacting their corporate office, Giti did allow me to use my credit. It was inconvenient for me to return to the store after being denied to use the credit the first time. I’m happy I was able to use my $ 30+ credit, but I won’t be buying anything from this store ever again.
