Home Inspections of Dade and Broward

We were so pleased with our home inspection from Pedro. He was very flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. Most importantly, he performed a very thorough inspection on the home. Pedro checked everything! He even got up on the roof a second time when we had a question about something. By the time he was finished and reviewed his findings with us, we were confident with the condition of the home because we knew Pedro had really looked at everything. There’s a lot of inspectors out there that will only check the basics and be on their way in 30 minutes. Pedro took his time with our inspection and brought even the minor things (i.e. minor plumbing leaks) to our attention which will help us quickly address the issues once we move in. He kindly answered all of our first-​time homebuyer questions and never rushed us. We had our inspection done on a Saturday morning and he emailed us the full report (complete with photographs!) that night. I highly recommend Pedro’s services to anyone.

Pedro was very professional, courteous, friendly and personable. He showed up early, got the job done quickly, and yet, VERY efficiently. He was most helpful answering our pesky «first timer» questions and took his time explaining things to us. He even came through for us with some last minute paperwork needs.
