This is my favorite loft around my area! It is always clean, organized, and well put together unlike other stores you go into. Not to mention a well organized sales section. The staff is always friendly, polite, and attentive every time I go in!

There’s no way around it they have HORRIBLE customer service. They have these young girl working there that have no idea of any of their policies. They had no knowledge on their products. They had a line at the register and instead of opening up another register they just stood there and chatted and laughed amongst each other. Not only that they charged me the wrong amount so now I’m back here in my lunch break. I will not be returning!
