So I am thoroughly annoyed, I went here because they had the best ratings on google in my area. I step through the door and I am greeted by their daughters who looked more confused than I was, no problem, but then they just stared at me and waited for my response, what ever. Who needs a greeting right, so I said, «I’d like to get my hair styled.» They said ok what would you like done? I told them that I’m not sure, but I would like to have half of my hair in a braid and the other, side blown. They went to their mom and told her in Spanish and then said that they don’t do braids. I wanted to ask well what the heck do you do because I would have just picked something else, but by that point I was just unimpressed with the lack of attention that I was receiving as if I was not even worth talking too and then the unprofessionalism of the entire thing. If you are gonna have your 12 daughters working the front desk where all of your potential clients are first received, then at least have them know what they are doing. Also, if there is confusion up front maybe you should take your lazy self and see what’s going on instead of sending messages. Or at least have told them to ask me to wait until she was not busy so that she could speak to me. Never again, I can’t believe I drove to the other side of town to have my time wasted.

I found this salon on Unilocal this morning, I called and was able to make a same day appointment. Griselda was courteous and did a great job on my hair! They accept credit card for payment but Tip in cash!

Best hair experience I have ever had in 42 years. My black hair is natural and stylist GIGI exceeded my expectations. Wash, deep condition, roller set, blow dry, flat iron and cut. My head has never looked so fabulous. Everyone is so nice and professional! I am in love with this place :) thank you
