First mattress store I went to for my new, long-​overdue Tempur-​Pedic mattress. Great decision, as I didn’t want to go anywhere else after coming in and dealing with Will. Not once did he pressure me. Just guided me and taught me a few things as well. Highly recommend seeing him if you want best-​in-​class customer service. He is knowledgable, personable, professional, and is willing to go that extra step to make sure you’re happy. I financed my not-​so-​cheap mattress here but even came back and saw him deal with customers looking purchase just individual items (pillow, etc) and much cheaper mattresses and he helped them just as much as myself.
This is actually more than just a mattress for me, it’s a necessity/​form of therapy for my injured neck and back. Will recognized that and went out of his way to find the the CORRECT bed for my needs. Even checked up with me a few times to coordinate the delivery/​setup and to see how I was sleeping.
Tip: REALLY try different ones before you decide. I tried 4 different ones before we found the perfect one for my needs.
Financing is something I was unsure and a little wary of, but due to my situation it was the best choice and they made it easy for me to understand and accept.
Can’t say enough good things. Please come here if you’re planning on upgrading. Never been anywhere else but I doubt they can top the service and deals I got at Mattress Firm Pembroke Pines!

The guys (Jared and David) were great to work with. They were very knowledgable and patient as I made the decision on an expensive and important decision.
