ME SPA Pembroke Pines

I really love this place!
I have been 3 times for facials and I enjoyed every single one. Also I have mild acne since early teens and their recommended products have helped me a lot to get ready of it by a 95%.
Also I enjoy the peace and clean place.
I consider myself very picky with clean places, so this place is great.

I have frequented this spa even when it was owned by Coldwater Creek. I’ve actually had their massages, manicures, and pedicures in their zero gravity chairs. It’s always nice to be able to come in 10 – 15 minutes early to enjoy a nice foot soak. I’ve never had a problem here with anyone. The manicure and pedicure is a must if you do come here. The massages are nice and the aromatherapy they use on you is so relaxing. The place is clean and quiet.

This spa is clean, elegant décor, and provides an ambiance that screams «we want to pamper you!» The workers here are very professional and courteous.
The prices are pretty reasonable. We got a discount from a Travel Zoo voucher we purchased.
Upon arrival, they have you change into a robe and give you these nice slippers to wear. You wait in a backroom where they let you soak your feet in hot water why sipping on your choice of hot tea or coffee.
I didn’t get a massage but my aunt did. She told me that it was wonderful and that the hot stones felt amazing.
I would recommend coming to ME SPA for your next massage.

This is the perfect place for a spa treatment. My experience with them has always been the best — and I’ve tried a lot of different places. Their pedicure is awesome, it’s a complete spa treatment, with a zero gravity chair, relaxation, soft music. If you go for a pedicure, ask for Saeko, she is the best. They are all great, but Saeko goes above and beyond.

Horrible experience and the ABSOLUT WORST customer service by Angela. She was blatantly rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. I warn you stay away! This place is Absolut filth. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Worst customer service. Angela, you should be fired without question.

Shawn was amazing! He took me right in at my appointment time. He gave me the best cranial massage while washing my hair. Once I thought the spoiling was over. I was wrong. He made me take three deep breaths and inhale the spearmint oils rubbed on his hands and then he also massaged again into my cranial. Amazing! Needless to say my blow dry came out beautiful.

I’m leaving this review now because I am new to Unilocal and in the process of looking for a new salon. I went in on a Friday in December of 2014, waited a month for my appointment for a cut and full highlights. I wanted caramel and milk chocolate highlights. The stylist whom I’ve seen several times before when it used to be known as Coldwater Creek. Showed me a few hair swatches and told me that it wont be this color because he wouldn’t leave it in as long and would mix the colors and such. I specifically stated I had not colored and put ANY heat to my hair in six months. I remember I said I had virgin hair and did not want chonga highlights. He assured me that it will come out blended.
So as he started blow drying my hair I immediately noticed the horror! I can not even begin to describe the abomination that was done to my hair. I realize how passive I am because I asked to style it as soft beachy waves. I attached pictures of white and orange highlights.
I go to checkout and noticed he had a word with the cashier and so she said to me that he wont charge me for full highlights. I said and that’s because I didn’t get full highlights, like seriously, whatever. I went to the mirror by the makeup counter and asked the stylist if the color will simmer down? He said give it til Wednesday, wash it a few times. Mind you, I went Friday, that’s five days. So I paid $ 250 dollars and tipped! They let me walk out with frizzy tiger mane!
I went about my day, glancing at every mirror and it hit me. OMG what they hell did they do?! I cried at the tag agency and publix, while I had my mother try to calm me down. Sent pictures to my friends thinking maybe it isn’t so bad. No, they ALL told me to get it fixed. I called the salon and even spoke to the stylist to get it corrected and we set up an appointment for a week later but I really couldn’t walk around like that for a week, c’mon. My fiancé came home and took one look and said get in the car. We drove back to the salon as they were closing. I took off my hat so the girl in the front could see and she immediately called the manager over, they issued me a refund, no problems. They offered to fix it or to have me go to whoever I wanted and they would pay for it. I tried so hard to find someone to fix my hair last minute because I really didn’t want to go back not only because the obvious but also because it was the stylists birthday the next day…
So I went in the next morning and what irked me the most about it all was that he apologized and said your hair never picks up color like that. Like making excuses is not the way to go especially when I told you I hadn’t put heat to my hair in six months, really? Then he made a few more excuses but at that point just take accountability. I had my hair toned then darkened. Its June now and my hair is still suffering damages from that incident. I recently had 5 inches cut from my hair, contemplated pixie cuts because there is so much breakage.
I’m giving this review one star because of the customer service hands down shines. I can’t imagine going back to ask for a refund and them kicking me while I’m down as other businesses do. They completely took charge of the situation. I understand hair grows back but not easily for everyone. This was traumatizing, I literally had nightmares after.

This was my favorite spa when it was owned by Coldwater Creek. That business relationship is over and the spa is just as good as before if not better. Soft music, the highest quality, softest robes and linens, gentle background music, and consistent, excellent service from skilled technicians.

Every time I go here to get my hair or other services done, it’s nothing less than 5-​star treatment! I have been using Shawn for my hair cut/​styles for the past few years and I drive 30 minutes to get there. That says a lot about a business. Every person (from the person answering the phones) to employees that are just passing by, is friendly and helpful. I will continue coming to this business and referring my friends and family!

This place is AMAZING! We had a couples massage and from the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and friendly. We felt so relaxed and refreshed at the end of our service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

What a dream! I absolutely LOVED my experience at ME Spa! I received Spa Finder gift cards as a wedding present and ME Spa accepts those gifts cards. My friend Sarah had been to ME Spa many times and told me I HAD to use them there! I scheduled the Ultimate Massage with Alix and from the moment I arrived I was treated wonderfully! I was brought to a beautiful locker room that offered some amazing products to use! Then the relaxation room foot soak… I die! Alix did a wonderful job on my massage! He was attentive to the areas I specified and used the amount of pressure I like (a LOT!!) I can’t wait to go back!

A friend of mine treated me to a massage at ME SPA Pembroke Pines and it was such a lovely experience! The facilities were very nice and relaxing. The spa has everything you need to have a fabulous spa day. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had the best possible experience. The technicians are talented and really help you relax. I would definitely recommend this spa and hope I will be back there soon.
