Not sure why this store has 4 dollar signs on it because nothing is too pricey here at all! I came here a few times before, and it’s literally across the street from my parent’s house. On a quest for dinner as I stay in the area today, I needed something… different. So as I was about to get the typical pollo, I parked next door and came on in. I love how everything is organized so neat inside. I liked the exotic fruits and veggies they have once you walk in, it reminds me of my childhood in Hollywood at the Korean markets I use to always go to. I bought this 100% coconut oil here that smells INCREDIBLE for only five bucks. Usually I would go to whole foods and buy the one that is $ 11 – 12, to get a specific one that smells like pure coconut, so I was very happy I have a new place to get this stuff for my hair. Also, I tried this new snack called chakri, and they’re so fun to eat. They’re these miniature funnel cake looking snacks, that are very crunchy, with a nice hint of cumin and chilli peppers. Overall, it’s a cute little store with some great Indian spices, fresh produce, ready to eat foods, and all kinds of interesting things to check out and try.
