Horrible service, I go often and always the same issues, they run out of certain food and they make u wait forever. Today I paid and waited 20 mins, they forgot all about my order until I demanded a refund. It’s unfortunate because I enjoy the food but I will not go back to this location today was the last straw. Too disorganized and too many other food options nearby to put up with crappy service. Derick H

I go to Panda Express about once a month. It never fails; their fried rice or chow mein is empty and it takes 5 – 10 minutes to replenish. Also, one of their most popular entrees, orange chicken, is normally out too. It’s poor management when you let those giant containers run out. I can understand if the small containers run out, but not the rice, chow mein or orange chicken.

This place is always clean! I don’t think I have ever been in this location when it has been dirty. That’s amazing! The food is always delicious, hot and if they run out, they always refill quickly. The staff has always been courteous and helpful when I cannot decide what I would like. Sometimes I am a bit unprepared, but they are always patient and kind. Yummy food, friendly staff and clean establishment? What’s not to love?

I’m not even sure this place deserves 1 star! Bad service, bad quality of food, bad presentation at peek hours and never any management! I’m not sure if this is a corporate store or franchise whichever good luck choosing this place. I’ve gone numerous time because I truly like how simple the menu is, and when properly run this restaurant can be clutch on those nights when its to late to cook. But unfortunately is always the same they’re always out of items and service is very subpar. Try it at other locations I’m sure they all can’t be as bad as this one!

Is this junk food? Yeah, sort of. It’s a little greasy and fattening. But when you’re in a rush and you want something very tasty and Asian-ish, this is a nice splurge. The prices are ok, the food is usually pretty fresh, and the flavors are downright addictive! Their Shanghai beef and orange chicken are amazing, and the fried rice is fluffy and yummy. I can’t help it. I love Panda Express!

We came here today at 6:30 pm and we were told there was no Teriyaki chicken. They forgot to defrost it. That is no excuse! This place used to have great customer service. Their service has really declined. What a shame! If Panda employees know that Terayaki is one of their popular entrees, why don’t they make extra. It seems that no matter which Panda we go to they don’t seem to cook enough Terayaki and we usually have to wait for them to cook more.

Basically this place is Chinese fast food. I do admit the food is pretty good but I’m just saying it is fattening. I’m supposed to be on a diet because my BMI is somewhere around 95% since I have been eating so much fast food, so we decide Chinese food. It can’t be that bad am I right? Well I never been more wrong in my LIFE(so far). I decide to go to the restroom just to find out the employees don’t even wash their hands I mean people are you serious!!! They have to wash their hands I mean what if they taint our food. So I decide to put that behind me and move on with my life, I come out of the restroom just so they can mess up my FREAKING order. I specifically ask for fried rice guess what they gave me??? Obviously not fried rice they gave me NOODLES. I mean how do you mix fried rice with noodles. Then I ask for orange chicken with NOBACON guess what they gave me??? BACON I’m on a diet people!!! Give me a break

Over the years, Panda Express has gone from overly exciting to really meh. There was a time we would enjoy having a meal at least once a week there but now it’s been months since our last visit. It’s expensive and not that good. Might as well travel a few miles to Pei Wei for a much better experience.

Hate this place. The only things edible are rice, noodles, veggies & the spring rolls. I don’t know how anyone eats here by choice.

If you like overly processed chicken that’s been breaded to death, hey this is your go to restaurant. It’s a fast food Asian joint w/lots of options, but not as tasty. I honestly keep giving it chances, but everytime I go, I get a little nauseous. The food is just ok, and the staff is not very friendly. I would not recommend.

Panda Express is basically the Chinese KFC. Salt, sugar, oil, fat, more salt, more sugar. Sometimes, it’s EXACTLY what you want. If you are in the mood for full-on comfort«Chinese» food, this Panda Express is right up your alley. Located in a pretty busy shopping center just west of 75 on Pines Blvd, this Panda Express is clean, well-staffed, and offers easy parking and plenty of seating. Take advantage of the sampling! Try three things, and you’ve basically had an appetizer. It is very hard to resist the deep fried options. They are sitting in the trays, glistening, shining, calling your name. Indulge! But, the best tasting dishes are actually the most boring looking ones like the Kung Pao chicken or, my favorite, the black pepper chicken. Be sure to grab some extra chopsticks on your way out and take them home!

As long as you know that this is not gourmet dining then you’ll be okay. There is nothing fancy or amazing. And it’s definitely not the best Chinese food I’ve had. But if you view this place for take out, fast food or quick dining then Panda Express is at the top of that list. It always appears that Panda Express uses fresh vegetables. They have a variety of fresh, hot meals ready to go anytime. You can go every single day of the week and not have the same thing twice. Despite many healthy sounding ingredients like chicken and vegetables, remember that these meals are smothered in sauces. I’ll be back each and every time I have a craving for fast Chinese food. On my goal to try different cultural foods I can say that I have tried Chinese food.

I love this place! It’s actually one of the healthiest«fast-food» places to go. We always make it a family night when there is no time to cook or just too tired. They have many options including honeyed shrimp, black pepper chicken, beef & broccoli, firecracker chicken(not for the faint hearted either) and it comes with either stir friend rice or a vegetable lo mein. And then you can also add sides of soup or fried wonton or egg rolls. The best part is that the portions are pretty darn big & the price is pretty darn small!

Love Love Love Panda Express! They recently came out with this new entrée called Honey Walnut Shrimp. It’s sooooo good, you have to get it. But there’s a catch. You have to pay an extra $ 1 for this entrée(because it’s shrimp) and you only get 7 pieces of shrimp. I recommend getting it every now and then. but I can’t keep away from their Orange Chicken :) . also, instead of always getting only lo-mein noodles, white rice, or fried rice… you can always request getting half of each! I always do it when i’m getting the panda bowls. and usually they pack a lot more food than usual! USECHOPSTICKS! .they’re more fun to eat with :)

The only dish that I really love at Panda Express is the orange chicken(but you get can decent orange chicken at other Chinese restaurants of higher quality, in my opinion). Honestly, most of there other dishes taste… greasy. They did have some pretty good dumplings, but I believe that was only a promotional item, unfortunately…

This isn’t exactly real chinese food, but the Orange chicken keeps me coming back! Its a very clean place that shockingly has friendly asian servers.(I wonder if that was part of the training manual??) As usual I get my orange chicken and black pepper chicken with fried rice. The rice was kinda bland and not really tasty, but the flavors from the orange chicken and black pepper chicken made up for it. The key when coming to these places(where food is heated by hot water underneath) is come during rush hour. The line might be a little bit annoying, but you get fresher food. When there’s more customers, the cook continuously have to replenish the empty food platters.
