Horrible service, rude associates. 3 out of 5 attendants weren’t working while they made people wait outside. Will never come back.

This place had an hour line waiting outside the store. There is a sale from December 26 – 28 if you spend $ 125. you get a free charm. I went to this location from Aventura as they were holding a ring in my size. I was told by a sales associate over the phone at this location named Laura that I needed to get there today the store closes at 6PM and I would have to wait in line for an hour. What lousy customer service. To torture a current customer. Makes no sense. Anyway I did it, feel that I should get a survivor charm after waiting so long just for an exchange.

I HAD A VERYUNPLEASANTEXPERIENCEATTHISSTOREANDWANTEDTOPOSTITSOYOUCANBEMADEAWARE. On June 29, 2014 I went into this Pandora store with my wife to purchase her a Pandora charm. When I proceeded to pay for the charm with my Credit Card I was then asked to produce my Driver License. This is where it becomes bad. They wanted to enter my Personal Driver License information into their computer data bank. I said I do not want my info put into a computer data bank for reasons of Identity Theft(we all remember when Target was hacked). I was told that the reason for entering my information was in case the credit card was stolen. I replied by saying you can see the name on my Official State Driver License match the name on the credit card and if you still had concerns you could call VISA right now and they will give you authorization which removes you from any loss if the card was stolen. They would not let me purchase the charm unless I let them enter all of my personal information into their computer data bank and the store manager became very, very RUDE. I was then going to pay cash for the charm at which time my wife was so upset, she said not to and we would go somewhere else. We left that unprofessional store and did a Google search. We located another Pandora store at The Shops of Pembroke Gardens where we did purchase the same charm using our credit card. This store did not demand to enter our personal information into some unknown computer data bank. Everyone in this store was so pleasant and nice. I would recommend you travel the extra couple of miles to this store. I have traveled the world and no store has ever demanded my personal information be entered into a computer data bank. This is my warning … If you allow any of your personal information to be taken or entered into a computer, the odds of you becoming a VICTIMOFIDENTYTHEFT is very high. Don’t Do It. Trust me when I say, Go out of your way to Protect Your Information. In my opinion, The Pandora Store at Pembroke Lakes Mall was a very unpleasant experience and the female store manager should be terminated for rudeness and unprofessionalism
