My phone was acting up and it would not stay on unless it was plugged. I took it to RedE2fix and Alex (the tech) took my phone apart and told me that the battery had been disconnected from me dropping it. He plugged it back in and did not charge me anything. Now that is honesty.

Had an IPad that completely trashed on a recent trip. These guys are super friendly and accommodating. Called me to let me know it’d be ready and waited for me to pickup as I was running a little late. IPad looks good as new. No issues. This is exactly why I love supporting small businesses.
