Don’t go to this office if you have other options. «That’s normal» is their answer to every concern you may have about your health or pregnancy. «Dehydration» is the other one, if you don’t feel well you are dehydrated and that’s it. They don’t check ultrasounds thoroughly and after you give birth they don’t even call to see how the baby is doing. Suing for medical malpractice and other negligences has crossed my mind, but in the mean time I hope this helps some to make a better decision when choosing a OBGYN.

I love this office! Dr. Facey is great! Personable, funny, down to earth, kmowledegable and never makes you feel rushed… she answers all of your questions. Her staff could be better…

I was really disappointed in this office — they only accept CASH? What legitimate doctors office only accepts cash? They made my daughter sit for 2 hours in their waiting room over a $ 5 co-​pay for an injection she needed. She is 17 and I had sent her with a check and when she got there, she was to take the bus home so I went to work. She tried to pay they said they only take cash so they wouldn’t take it (now keep in mind we were established patients). I even offered a credit card over the phone — nope. So she had to wait for 2 hours until someone could drive all the way down and take her cash — RIDICULOUS.
I just don’t get it — especially for an established patient. Customer service is dead and we are talking about $ 5 — I guess the deadbeats have ruined it for everyone.
I like Dr. Facey as a doctor but I think her staff is rude with no manners or understanding of office etiquette or how to behave in an office. The wait times are ridiculous. Be ready to REALLY wait as we’ve never gotten out of there under 1.5 hours for appt. even under normal circumstances and this last time of two hours was just unforgivable for the simply injection she needed. We transferred to another doctor.
It’s a shame when doctors hire poor staff to run their practice.
