I always find my way back here at solstice since I’m always loosing my Maui Jim’s. This is about the 5th pair I buy from this store and it’s never a hassle. I always get greeted right away and when I need help they are always available. The last time I came here I was treated very good by sales associate Natasha.
The great thing is that they have a return policy of 90 days which unfortunately I had to use for my past sunglasses (the lens were way to dark). They gladly helped me with that process and it was a painless process.

I recently lost a bet and had to buy my boyfriend a pair of Ray Bans sunglasses. While in Pembroke lakes mall we decided to stop by Solstice. Natasha, the sales clerk, was very helpful. She remained professional and kind although my boyfriend was being difficult. We walked out empty handed because he did not see anything he liked. Regardless, Natasha was very kind and helpful to us. In an economy like today, customer service makes all the difference.
