Worst dry cleaners in Broward County. The one in Cooper City is the worst. They ruined my coat and did nothing to rectify the situation and did not take any responsibility for it. Trust me DONOTTAKEYOURCLOTHES there. They have no customer service and are not customer oriented at all. Very small minded

I’ve been coming to this place for a few months now and I can’t complain. They usually turn your items around within a couple of days and their prices are reasonable — $ 6 for pants, $ 5 for tops, $ 6 for skirts and dresses are on the pricier side at $ 12.50. There has never been a long wait when I’ve gone there and the ladies there are efficient and personable. It sucks for them that they don’t have A/C(not sure why) so it gets sweltering hot during the south Florida days. Parking is ample. They close at 6, during the week, so keep that in mind if you work a 9– 5. I’ve left work early a couple of times to get my garments before they close. But they open early, at 7 am, and are open on Saturday.

Good service and quick turn around. Had a pair of slacks and a shirt cleaned up for a wedding.

The employees are sincere and honest at this cleaners. The week before last, I left $ 50.00 in my pant’s pocket. It was returned. Last week, I left my $ 400.00 Mont Blanc cuff links in a shirt along with $ 20.00 in my pants. All items were returned. Much goes to this establishment. Honesty is the best policy!

They consistently do a great job, take great care, easy to get along with, and have always been on schedule for me. Friendly, family run, always someone nice at the counter and I like the way they care for my clothes. Thanks.

WARNINGTOALL: the dry cleaners at PALM and GRIFFIN(they have another store at 9920 Pines) — SPRINGCLEANERS — damages clothes to the degree of burning it and takes no responsibility except for yelling at the customer and blaming them. The old guy that owns the store just YELLED at us, blamed us for it and proceeded to say ‘WHATAREYOUGOINGTODOABOUTIT???’ While hitting his chest like a guerrilla. Be advised!!!
