I’ve been working with Joel for a couple weeks now, and I always end up sore! He emailed me an extremely informative nutrition plan that also included recipes for healthy meals and smoothies! It’s over 100 pages long! He listens well to my concerns and works with me to pay attention to the fact that I have bad knees, but he still pushes me to test myself. I’ve been practicing hand stands and improving core strength, and building up muscle in my legs and butt! I really like this place BC it’s intimate enough and not overcrowded so I feel like I’m confined to a small area. I’m very happy I started coming here! The pricing is reasonable, and they teach you things that you can very well so on your own at home at some point too, in case you can’t always make it there. Also, there’s no contract commitment, so go as much or as little as you like! Great spot, and I like the music he plays during our one on one work outs!
