The food is great and they get my complicated order right every time. The employees are really nice and helpful.
BUT, they are over worked and understaffed and that’s not cool for them and for the guests. It takes a while to get the food and I always hear people complaining in line.
This place is busy for lunch so someone at corporate should give them a larger budget for employee hours.

How does this place stay in business? I’ve been here 3 times and each time I think to myself… They can’t possibly screw this up again. Well, they never disappoint. They screw it up. Haha.
They also take forever to make food. It’s very slow. Each time.
I ordered 10 tacos and had to ask for sauce. They guy gives me 1. 1 sauce! Then I asked for more and he gave me 2 more. Ugh. All I can do is laugh.
I don’t think I’ll give the 4^th attempt a chance

I had the best experience at this Taco Bell today! I was greeted on the drive-​through speaker by a girl named Nikki, she was amazing. Even the guy at the window was smiling, happy and friendly. I usually have a great experience at this location, but this experience today was by far the best!
I hope that the manager recognizes the importance of having these friendly personalities, and that no matter what goes wrong I will be happy because I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.

I have never had an issue here. I come here for breakfast all the time lately and while depending on who’s helping you (the customer service can vary a bit) the wait times are OK and I have always been the only customer in line if I go early. When I’ve went later the line time was standard and I’ve never had my order messed up.

If i could be extremely rude on here i would be, this is the worst taco bell i have ever been to and i am a BIG Taco Bell person. This last time for me was the end of it, i had to leave a review, upon arriving the gentleman at the register was great, he was very attentive and took our order with no issues, we ordered a taco salad and asked for the beef on the side and he personally went over to the preparing station and mentioned to please put the beef on the side. We received our order 20 minutes later which was ridiculous and the taco salad had guacamole, which we have never had guacamole come on it, so they were very nice about taking it back, but we clearly saw the man scoop the section of the guacamole and throw it out, the placed more lettuce and toppings and returned it as if nothing happened, my wife was disgusted so We went to the car and my wife realized we were never given the cinnamon twist i went back in not only to ask for a new taco salad but also for the cinnamon twist, they gave me the cinnamon twist and a new taco salad but no beef. It is incredible but i will never go back to this taco bell during the evening hours that i have been.

The only bad thing about this place is that their machine for the freeze never works! Fix it Taco Bell, please. I just want to try my Dr. Pepper float already.

I hate that this is the closest Taco Bell/​KFC near me. Every time and I mean every… time, I come here I sit in line forever at the drive thru. I am amazed at how long it takes this one particular store to keep a line of cars moving when every other fast food place keeps a steady pace.
Unfortunately it’s the only one close to me.
Also their «late night» hours are terrible compared to other taco bells you can come across.
Avoid this place if you can.

STAY AWAY! I always have a bad experience at this location– besides the fact that they don’t make the meals accordingly, I’ve had a crunch wrap with no meat– they mix up the orders– they also close the door in your face. as a business establishment they need to stick to the set hours of operation. I took my business elsewhere after they closed the door in my face 20 minutes before the set closed times. After this incident I have had enough with this Taco Bell location.

Place has the worst service. 12 out of my last 16 visits have had something wrong with the order. My family now refuses to go there. Not sure what their problem is.

I ordered a family bucket of extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my 2 sides, along with 6 biscuits. What I received at the window was a large order of wedges and 3 biscuits… And the chicken was cold too. Go figure. Terrible place. The worst. Don’t come to this KFC.

Sometimes the modern world just moves too darn fast! With all our high-​speed Internets, and our fast cars and our jet planes — sometimes you just have to slow it down. Take it easy. Take a deep breath.
That’s what this place is all about. Hop in the drive thru and experience a world in slow motion. You might think you just want a Nachos Bell Grande, but why not meditate for a while? Or watch a movie? Or write a novel? All three of these things you can do while waiting to get from the order screen to the window!

The worst Taco Bell ever. Cold food. Bad service. Horrible.

Came to this Taco Bell location around 9 ish. Come to find out they ran out of JALAPENOS! But whatever, we went through the drive-​thru and it literally took us like 6 – 7 minutes to order our food. They’re so slow!
