I reserved a truck pick up for the latest time-​slot on a Friday, which is 4:00pm. When I showed up a few minutes late due to severe weather, the store had closed early for the weekend, even though they weren’t scheduled to close for another 25 minutes. Very disappointed. They didn’t try to contact me even though I had a reservation. They should at least notify you if they’re going to cancel your reservation because they feel like starting their weekend early. It really put me in a bind.
