Dr. Case is a good Dr so far from my experience however, his office staff seem very incompetent. Not all but most. At least the ones in the front desk. One of them can barely speak English and you can’t understand her when she does. She doesn’t seem to know how to explain things or answer your questions. She seems more confused than me. Then you have to fill out new forms every year although none of your info nor insurance info has changed. WTH?!? It’s like having to fill out a new job application yearly at your job. Makes no sense!!!

Expected wait time is 2 hours average then when you’re finally taken to a wait room you wait another 30 mins to an hour. The doctors are ok there’s been times when I felt they were rude

I have been going to Dr. Case for years. He is a great doctor and has always answered all of my questions professionally and never gave me the i’m in a hurry feeling I have felt in the past with previous doctors. He is very personable and easy to talk to. The only thing I will say is, that some times it takes a while to see him because he has a lot of patients that have been with him for a long time so usually I plan for 1 — 2 hours before seeing when from my scheduled appointment times. Today was actually surprisingly empty in the waiting room and I was able to see him within 45 minutes which was a plus. They have the option of doing your blood work in the same visit which saves you time from having to go to a third party diagnostic or blood center, and the guy who does it is very good and makes it painless and easy for us needle wussies.
