I work right next to this Wendy’s so on a desperate day I’ll stop in to get a quick lunch. They recently got a make over inside and out which was much needed and looks great. However they should probably re-make their staff as well. Fancy new tables and coke machines are not enough to mask the attitude of each and every employee I’ve made contact with whether it’s through the drive thru or inside. I understand it might not be the best job in the world but it’s customer service at least try to fake a smile.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last two weeks for dine in. I agree with the other reviewers — this location is consistantly dirty inside, hard to find a table that is clean, napkins and food is all over the dirty carpet, and the bathroom was disgusting! If first impressions are that important, well then this by itslef is deserving of the one star, however other aspects of my experience support the one star. The management cares so little about the quality of the dining and rest rooms, you can’t help to think how little they probably care about the cleaniness of the kitchen and the food quality itself. I personally have spoken with the Store and GM on seperate occasions and they both seem very indifferent to providing a clean restaurant to their customers. I’ve taken the survey that has directions on how to do so on the back of each receipt to let Wendy’s Corp aware of this problem. I have also called their Corp Offices in OH but the result of that effort was only a call from the same local store mgr, not the GM, who cared more about giving me a free meal then to address the filthyness of his restaurant where I would be dining in. There was no remorese or appology for my terrible experiences, they just wanted to treat me to a free meal by coming into the store personally, ah I don’t think so as I might get a «Special» meal. Now with regards to my ¼ LB single wih cheese, the bun was colapsed by incorrect handling and care, and the burger itself was not very hot, seemed as if it had been sitting around for some time rather then straight off the grill as Wendy’s claim. This location needs a good housekeeping, beginning with the replacement of the upper Managers with individuals who care about cleaniness and the quality of the food being sold.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, the staff here is terrible, the managers are worse. Apparently no one told them they needed any customer service skills. I wonder how many food safety laws are violated daily and their employees have a nice habit of sitting on the counters.

Slow service, dirty inside(there are flies going around whenever I’ve visited this location). I only keep coming when McDonalds is over packed when everyone’s at lunch. The food is ok but the last time I came I saw people without gloves handling food. I don’t plan returning.
