Boston Built In gave me an estimate of $ 7000 for built-​in cabinets and $ 1000 for new doors on March 9, 2015. Although the built-​in cabinet cost seemed high to me, it balanced out with the lower cost of the doors so we agreed for both. The built-​in was done quickly. It was well built and beautifully designed.
The doors, however, did not come for a long time despite several texts. Finally, in August 24, one of the owners, Chad, texts me and writes that the doors are too expensive to make and thus they will refund me the deposit.
I found this to be quite unprofessional. They do the expensive job but decide not to do the less expensive work and tell me 5 months after the agreement.
