This Pizza Hut has the slowest service ever. Usually when I go in it takes an hour to get our food. I ordered delivery and it took twenty minutes more than the estimate said it would. I really only ordered delivery because I had a coupon. Definitely go to Dominos if you want pizza that is good and doesn’t take a million years to arrive.

This Pizza Hut deserves the worst review ever! Let me start with the fact half of the time when we have placed orders, we receive a call or find out when we go to pick up the pizza that this place doesn’t have all the ingredients to make the pizza of our choice! To top it off, it is very hard to get service there because the staff stands outside smoking cigarettes. The last straw was when we ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and the rest of the crust was flimsy, super thin, and doughy with grease that dripped down your arms like school cafeteria pizza! Dominos is are go to spot for pizza in Pembroke! I honestly believe the person who started Pizza Hut would slap himself if he walked into this Pizza Hut!

As stated by others before me this «restaurant» was terrible. The majority of the tables were dirty along with the floor. The pizza was ok. Wanted wings but the fryer was down? Our waitress was polite but we too had to go ask for silverware. There was a football game that ended over 2 hours prior but there were NO other customers yet the excuse was after game crowd. We were here @ an hour listening to the manager and other employees talking on phones and cursing about personal things including the F bomb! OMG! No one ever bothered to clean!

Hoped things had changed (see my prior review) but it hadn’t. As far as I could tell there was only one waitress on the the floor, a cook, and a cashier in the store. No refills on drinks, no silverware until we asked, overall horrible experience. Takeout only from now on. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
