Sean Michaels Salon

It is a nice salon and it is convenient if you live on the South Shore. I had a Groupon for a cut, highlights, and deep conditioning. The stylist was super nice and seemed to listen to what I wanted, however I wasn’t happy with the results. I asked for a trim and ended up with 3 inches cut off. The cut is professional but I miss my shoulder length hair. My highlights are not light enough. My hair seems dry, so I don’t even think I got a deep conditioning treatment. Nice salon and people but I don’t think I’ll return.

This Salon is amazing. After having the same stylist for 20 plus years in Chicago I moved to Massachusetts and was terrified to get my hair cut as I loved my short cut and didn’t want anyone to cut it the wrong way. I seriously considered flying back to get it cut… Then one Groupon later I took a chance and Tasha was exceptional. Even with my cut «grown out» she matched it perfectly and very patiently worked with me until I was happy… Joyous does not even cut it, I am ecstatic to find this place and her. A million thank you’s to Sean Michael’s Salon and to Tasha. This Chi-​Town transplant couldn’t be happier!
Not to mention it’s a beautiful clean full service salon with excellent service and I didn’t have to wait at all — like I used to.

Came here recently with a living social and was less than thrilled with both the cut and blowdry. The stylist didn’t ask many questions before she went at it with scissors and wound up giving me some all around angles or layers (she cut in a diagonal line all the way around) not not not not NOT what I wanted, I wear my hair braided at work. The blowdry looked half finished and had no bounce. She also never asked how I wanted it blown out, again, just asked if I wanted it blow dried and went at it. I wound up re-​doing parts of it when I got home. She gave me a half off coupon I normally would use but if I went back, I’d want to try a different stylist as she seemed inexperienced.

My first time coming here. I had a groupon for a cut, partial highlights and blowout $ 59.00– this was a great deal. Liesel did an awesome job and my hair looks great again. This was defiantly a great experience all around.

I LOVE Sean Michael’s. I swear this is one of the best, if not THE best hair salon on the South Shore. My hairdresser Liesel always does such a fantastic job whenever I come to see her, and I always leave feeling beautiful.
