i’m sure it’s the same owner of the weymouth one, they have been rude and dishonest and I let them know I wouldn’t shop there again and have not. I am proud of myself when it would be easy to grab stuff for my folks’ yard, they live in the same town, instead I am enthralled by old fashioned business sense where the customers is treated with respect and honesty. I have been shopping at Every Bloomin’ Thing in Scituate., for many years and only stopped in weymouth once or twice, thankfully. It didn’t take long to find out what they’re all about! i mistakenly thought they were all the same owners, so glad I inquired as I almost stopped going to Scituate, I explained the situation of how poorly I was treated in Weymouth, they were polite and respectful in saying they are sorry I was treated that way, they’ve heard it before and no, they are totally separate businesses. They were understanding and professional and I keep going to where I am respected as it should be. I honestly could care less if That Blooming Place goes under… so rude and underhanded, in my opinion from the transaction and follow up! The cashier had mistakenly charged me for 2 of one item and it got loaded into my car, I said, I only had one, the young man stated you were charged for two… it was pouring rain, it had just begun, so I said, i’d call my husband to see if we could use two if not I’d return it right away, it was in my car, before I got to the next light my husband told me no, only one was needed… so I turned the car around. This was to their benefit, I could have waited, their lot is small and they had a line of cars… I was being polite and accommodating. Mistakes happen… I went back around and the girl said she couldn’t refund and I wasn’t standing in the rain waiting. I had to get out of my car to get my refund or argue which is what they wanted and apparently like… I called to explain, the kids said they would tell the owner what happened… the owner stated to me that no refunds, no exceptions. I could’ve gone to the police and had it documented that I returned it and called my credit card, etc My husband didn’t want me to raise a stink… hehehe I tell everyone I know how crooked and unethical they are… they are… and they will ruin your day too! Only one they care about is themselves… they keep opening places and thinking they are really making it… I hope that they have a major fail! The economy isn’t all that healthy! I believe in karma and what goes around comes around! I literally drive by the place and think, what a dump! Unhappy & unethical people make miserable business owners, partners, etc… Glad to wash my hands of them!

An amazing selection. And I love the ideas I get from some of the sample pots. I buy the different items and lots of colorful pots that I wouldn’t have come up with on my own Great Mother’s Day special with inpatients for .99.

When I started looking at flowers for wedding ceremony centerpieces, the price just seemed crazy expensive to me. I was quoted prices of about $ 40-$ 50 for a vase of carnations, for heaven’s sake! Seriously. Carnations. Not that carnations aren’t pretty, but«filler flowers», as Charlotte on SATC would say. Now, I don’t know if I was going to insanely pricey places, or if I was being totally misquoted, but there was just no way, baby. So my Mom stopped here one day, and talked to *I think* the owner, as she was looking around. She ended up ordering these beautiful hydrangeas and roses, and ended up making the most lovely arrangements. We went one day together to place the order, and the guy that worked there was really nice, just very friendly and helpful. My Mom rocked the arrangements, and I am pretty sure the total for two giant vases’ worth(we provided the vases) of hydrangeas and roses came to less than $ 40. And they were beautiful and fresh. Gorgeous and cheap. Love it. *This is primarily a garden center and nursery; they have a great selection of everything you’d need to have a lovely garden, and in the spring and summer, there’s lots of gorgeous beds and pots of flowers to choose from.*
