I’ve been here for almost a year and when I first over it was nice but since then there have been 3 deaths and home invasion the rent is too high. And now they want to start sending a water bill which makes the rent even higher. I will not be renewing my lease there. Some the staff is nice but they need to run the grounds better or lower the rent.

The company and the staff working at this property are past incompetent. They don’t return phone calls, it’s almost next to impossible to reach anyone unless visit the leasing office. The parking situation around some buildings could result in you parking a great distance from your actual unit. The security guarding the gate is also a joke because there has been several gun related crimes occurring on the property within the span of a few weeks of each other. Don’t even consider living at this complex the display unit may look appealing but that’s as nice as it gets.
