Seedy Sally’s

I feel compelled to upgrade this review to five ++ stars. We have been visiting Seedy Sally’s for some time and the owners are an absolute treasure and genuinely nice people.
I introduced my parents to the store and they have been coming here as well. They mentioned their son (me) had referred them and out of the blue asked if he was the one that wrote a review on Unilocal.It was… and they told them to thank me for the nice review. How cool is that?
Fast forward a few months… all we had ever purchased (until recently) was sunflower seed. I was in the market for a high quality windchime (which they carry many different types). The gentleman was very patient while we made our decision… we paid for it with a check.
Fast forward another month or two… I came in a few weekends ago and out of nowhere the owner referred to me as «MR. G.» I about dropped my jaw that he remembered my full LAST name (which isn’t exactly easy to remember). Throughout the transaction he referred to me the same way.
I remember before my parents retired that they always referred to their customers the same way (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc.) regardless of their age…18, 80, didn’t matter. It was a sign of respect for the customer and it really stuck with me.
To have the owner recognize me this way (with only knowing me off the name on the check from a transaction two months prior and I had never introduced myself by name) was an absolutely pleasant surprise.
Lifetime customer has been made… go here. Make the trip if you are in the area. Tell them Chris sent you and that I said hello.

Could not ask for a nicer couple that own and operate Seedy Sally! Custer service that is extraordinary, especially in recent times.
If they do not have something in stock, he will research it, and if humanly possible, get it for you!
A strong animal rescue advocate and supporter of local shelter.
Worth the trip!
