SOOOO much fun here! If you have kids, there is this train and also a Thomas The Train too. Tickets for the ride are reasonable. Great day/​road trip for the summer! I highly recommend going here!

Seven Fields, PA
This is a great way to spend an afternoon. Pick up a ticket and ride the Cuyahoga Valley Line Railroad for a few hours through the parkland. Free audio tours are available through personal headsets for those who are interested in the history of the area. The train cars are air conditioned — so much so that some of them were a little too cold. If you jump off (or on) in Peninsula, you’ll find some fun tourist shops and good places to eat. There is also a food car on the train, however you’ll find second rate food at exorbitant prices. I would recommend packing a lunch instead.
One of the big sights along the way is the Bald Eagle’s nest in the wetlands just north of Peninsula. We were fortunate enough to see an eagle in the nest as we passed as well as one flying overhead.
