Pleasant Valley Veterinary Center

I love them! The entire staff including Dr. Vishoot are caring, compassionate and very professional. I have dealt with them since they first opened and would never consider going anywhere else. I TRUST THEM and they have «earned» my trust. We now live in Montana but they are our «Go To» vet when we visit this area during the winter. Whoever Jennifer B. is she sounds like a very unhappy, hateful person that has difficulty stating facts, just read her other viscous and confusing reviews. I have frequented every business that she has slandered and I completely disagree with every word that she spews during her reviews.
There are many great vets in the area but I believe that Pleasant Valley Vet Center is the best.

Love them!!! Jennifer B. What you have posted is false information. There is no place in their waiting room to, not be seen. They would never put an animal down without consent. They are exceptional, and the community knows that!

Absolutely the worst animal clinic EVER!!! They are mean and rough to the animals. They have even put animals to sleep without the consent of the owner by mistake… when the owners came to pick up the cat they convinced them the cat had a disease and needed to be put down. Such a sad thing to watch. They didn’t know I was sitting in the waiting room and I was shocked at the things I heard. Linda is scary mean to the customers and the other employees. I have seen her make people cry! I used to take my animals there but after hearing terrible stories from my friends and seeing what I have seen with my own eyes I have since moved vets and will NEVER return!!! This place should be put out of business for the safety and well being of the animals. Everyone I have ever talked to about this place has terrible stories. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Mimi. I had a some what urgent issue with my kitty. I called left a message to schedule an appointment hoping we could be seen today. They returned the call and saw us this evening. She did a thorough exam gave a couple of shots and gave me a follow up plan. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
