They only take cash. no credit cards. only local checks. Although I understand why. it still ticks me off.

Great Chinese food. I can vouch for the Vegetable Delight, Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Chicken with Broccoli, House Special Chow Mein and the Hot and Sour Soup. We tried it last year too and it was just as good!

While still better than China King on Lake St, Chen’s Garden’s food has lost it’s consistency since new people have been cooking. Portions are irregular as well as taste. It’s still clean at least. I want the original owners who cooked back!

Township of Bear Creek, PA
Used to eat there about once a month for the past eight years. Orders were inconsistant but the food was generally ok. Last night they botched my order and didn’t realize it until I got home… had ot drive back to town. I politely told them of the mistake and the owner became argumentative and blamed me for the error. I was shocked! We will never go back to Chen’s in Penn Yan!
