The best anywhere… they are friendly, remember your name, do professionally work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend…

June is the sweetest woman ever. I walked in with a bridesmaid dress emergency and instead of sending me on my way, she offered to help. I haven’t met such a sweet person in quite some time. Will definitely be returning for any future tailoring needs.

I was a bit skeptical of the quality of work this place put into dry cleaning due to the area being tucked away in such a non-descript location, but those fears were quickly put to rest. Originally, I was a bit hesitant on coming to this place due to some mixed reviews on Unilocal, but I needed dry cleaning done in a convenient location. So I went to Road Runner to get a large grease stain removed from the seat of my pants. Although these pants were pretty expensive, I resigned to taking them here since I’d be taking a risk almost anywhere I got these dry cleaned. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet, elderly woman by the name of June. She realized that it was my first time there and took the time to introduce herself to me and asked for my name. She explained that the Pennington location handled mainly tailoring while her husband handles the dry cleaning in Flemington, so the cleaning would probably take longer than the tailoring. Since I was in no rush, this was fine. Right off the bat, I felt comfortable enough leaving my clothes. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable(~$ 6, in comparison to other places that charge anywhere from $ 5 — $ 10). I dropped off the pants Wednesday after 5 p.m. and picked them up Monday after 5 p.m. The cleaning done on these pants was absolutely superb. There were no traces of the stains anywhere nor was there any damage to the pants(about which one other review complained). If I’m in the area and need my dry cleaning done, I will definitely come back. The only things that could make this place better, however, are if they accepted credit cards for all charges(they only accept it for more expensive jobs) and if they provided tapering services for pants.

Have been going here a long time, easily spend $ 100+ per month(my spouse and I both work in business casual attire organizations). Have had a few unfortunate issues over the last many months and recently had a garment ruined here that was the catalyst for us to find another service provider. The owner insisted it was something that happened at home and was definitely not the fault of Road Runner. I disagreed, it was a garment that is only cleaned at Road Runner, never in the home washer/dryer. In our effort to work out an equitable resolution, she offered to pay for the garment only after my insistence, but declared that we could never return to her establishment as a customer. So, according to her, I could continue to pay them to ruin clothes or she would pay me to go away… interesting choice. I declined both offers and just decided to never return. No more soup for me I guess. The one or two other times this happened to me with other cleaners, they have always offered, graciously, to pay for a damaged garment to retain my business, not Road Runner. There are a number of other similar small businesses in the immediate area, I will give one or two of them a try.

Amazing place! Its very rare to walk into a business these days and have them actually remember your name. Not only that, do great work for cheap prices and even send you home with personal gifts when you leave. I have nothing but good things to say about June and her family its truly one of the last remaining small family businesses and its refreshing to see.

I have been a customer at Road Runner since they opened, about 7 years ago. The cleaners is owned and operated by a Korean family who is just so sweet. They run an excellent small business. I have never had an issue with lost or damaged clothes. June, who is the wife/mother and most present family member, is so, so friendly and is always educating, in a discreet way, the community about Korean culture. Recently she gave away homemade kimchi to interested customers. They also operate a location in Flemington, which I believe is where they do the actual cleaning. They also provide tailoring services.
