I only gave one star because I had too. From this point on I will drive to Quakertown by the turnpike if I have too. They give you caffeine when you specifically asked for decaf. I can not have caffeine and my chest has been killing me for 4 hours. And this is not the first time I’ve had a problem. I tried to get my son a milkshake they told me to pull up and they would be right out with it. 15 minutes later I pull around again and they tell me they had to wait on the people after me. The funny thing is they maybe had 4 people. I wish it never changed ownership…

Sandwiches are sloppily made and my last one had a hair in it. Coffee is fine service was quick. Their drive-thru lot is very tight.

Wow, so disappointing. Been there two times this week and both yielded stale donuts, poor service and mixed up orders. My donut was like a rock and tasted like it sat out for three days. Is management reading these reviews? Get your act in gear ~ you’re part of this community.

Thank you(Bill and Erin) for the beautiful and DELICIOUS birthday cake. My daughter had the biggest smile on her face when she saw the cake. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from this location(Pennsburg pa) Baskin Robbins.

Every time I go, the shake machine is out of order. Also, I’ve had iced tea there 5 different times both mornings and afternoons and it’s always brewed in the same place as the coffee since it tastes like coffee every time. Donuts I’ve had there are fresh though.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Second horrible experience there in a row. Should close down. David L. had no business working with the public in any way. I paid $ 5.91(!) For 2 single dips of ice cream. When I complained that my scoop was really half a scoop, he barks«they’re all one size» at me. I wouldn’t go there if you paid me. Sucks.

I worked at a Starbucks for over three years, so I know that coffee shops have a lot of behind the scene work to do but seriously? This place, even when it’s dead, takes forever to take your order half the time. Then when they finally do, be prepared to repeat your order a few times because the speaker is in the direction of traffic. I had to shout and order three times over the ambulances driving by. I don’t wanna say it was their fault, just the location. They were patient with that, and I have yet to have an issue with them being rude to me. They were also out of the donuts I wanted to get my boyfriend for the third time in a row. And that order I had to shout three times? They messed it up anyway. Being a barista is a lot of work, but it’s not hard to be a good one. Unless the people they hire there just don’t care. I constantly hear my boyfriend tell me about them messing up his drink or them being rude, so who knows. Everyone has different experiences, but this place always finds a way to piss you off, it seems. Like the one review said, the only thing saving this place is that they’re the closest one in the area. Other than quakertown. I hate to be that person that leaves a review like this, but I’m not kidding when I saw it’s not a challenge to make a an iced coffee with just half and half. I don’t even care how much half and halfway. I’m not picky. But something needs to change with this place. Even if you hate you job, you should still get some satisfaction from being good at it.

Hands down the worst D.D. I’ve ever been to. The staff is beyond rude, and incredibly slow. I stopped in this morning against my better judgement and proceeded to wait 16 minutes for ONE breakfast sandwich. There were 6 – 8 employees working, and 3 of them did not move an inch the whole time. Im not sure if its bad management or just the type of people you’ll get from that area to work but this place is consistantly bad. The only thing saving this place is the simple fact that there is no where else to go.

The people working there are rude, and you can tell they don’t want to work there. I find it easier to go to the dunkin by the turn pike. That one is ran much nicer.

Great coffee but consistent terrible customer service. Orders cannot be heard from outside speaker«due to Route 29 traffic»(so I’ve been told), so time is wasted there. Every time I order coffee with creamer and sugar on the side, there is no stirrer, no napkin, no bag to hold the creamers/sugar. You have to ask for each item individually or they do not provide it. This has been consistent for the last 6 months. I also experienced this at the Lansdale location on Sumneytown Pike. Are employees trained not to provide anything unless asked? If so, that’s the most terrible customer relations/customer service training ever.

I have to amend my original review… this place loses a star because there are simply too many times we go there and they are out of something. Some of the highlights: — Out of chocolate ice cream(who runs out of chocolate ice cream? This has happened numerous times… numerous). — Out of coffee. Here’s the thing about that, because it was 6:30PM and we were getting it for free(because of a Foursquare check in) they weren’t going to make me a fresh pot until I threatened go call the DD headquarters. Crappy customer service. — Out of muffins;… like ALL muffins. — out of munchkins… like ALL munchkins… So. those are just the highlights from the past few years… The out of coffee experience is what prompted me to amend the review. Very poor customer service, but this is still better than the one in Barto — but not as good as the one in Boyertown. The upside to this one is they have ice cream… that’s the only reason we go there anymore… ya know, if they HAVE any ice cream.
