Bravo’s II

It’s so difficult to find good pizza in this part of Jersey, and Bravo’s is the best I’ve had between Salem & Gloucester counties. The crust really makes their pie. It is thin enough and done. Nice crisp & chew, not doughy like so many places.

This Bravo’s Pizza is now under new and unfortunately poor management. To say the customer service has greatly suffered is an understatement. Tonight was the second (yes SECOND) instance where we placed a dinner order over the phone for pick-​up and when we got there the food order was never «put up», nobody knew where there order was and no one made the food. Tonight’s instance the staff behind the line first held an unwelcome verbal argument amongst themselves on who’s fault this was before even beginning to start on our food order. This overall delay caused a standard Pizza & Wings order to take about 50 minutes from original call to actually getting food in hand. 20+ of those minutes came at the expense of my Wife having to sit there physically at the restaurant to wait for the entire order to be made. It was also clear that they have zero value for their customer’s time because they still rang the order at full price. Since our dinner was now an hour late, my wife didn’t pursue the issue simply so we could actually get to having dinner.
It is unfortunate that the new Management Staff at this franchise is having serious and egregious staffing and customer service issues which has caused our family to lose a previously nice local restaurant to frequent. We once heralded this Bravo’s Location as a great asset for our town competing with the various other and long standing «Pizza Shops» but now the incompetent management team has turned that trend for the worse. I do not believe that we could use this location ever again for a meal because you never know if your food will be ready because the order may never makes it to the line. Fool me once, shame on you but fool me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned! Hopefully another quality restaurant will fill this space in the future when their poor customer service causes them to close the doors.

Only giving it four stars because the pineapple on my pineapple and ham pizza was a bit soured once I remove the pineapple the pizza was amazing very boardwalk style. The cheese fries were great too!

Mammoth slices of tasty pizza, very friendly (and fast) service, decent garlic knots. Like all the other pizza joints in the county, they don’t make the desserts here, which is no crime. The tiramisu is nice, more of a tiramisu flavored cake slice. Not the cleanest place, though. Try not to use the restroom.
You just can’t beat bravos for pizza. You could probably beat them in everything else, but the pizza is divine.

Giving 4 stars because I have not tried the pizza here yet. But, the naked wings are awesome. Nice and meaty, great wing sauce, and very good homemade blue cheese that is always chunky!!!

This newly opened pizzeria is a treat to anyone wanting good pizza, friendly service, and quick. Their sauce is very good. They have a full menu. Take out or delivery only, for now.
