My 15 year-old niece talked my husband & I into this adventure. The last time was did this was 12 years ago in Hawaii on our honeymoon. The 2 guys who worked on the boat were entertaining and professional. We opted to buy the GoPro that you wear on your wrist that takes pictures every 2 seconds. It took over 300 pictures and about 100 or so were good/usable. I flipped the GoPro around a few times to get other/different pictures. I should have brought my phone so people on the boat could take pics of us FROM the boat. That’s my only regret. Super fun ride though! Pricey but fun! It was just under $ 180 and that didn’t include the 2 shirts we bought!

We drove all the way from Dallas for the weekend and this was a last minute splurge! We wanted to do something exciting besides laying on the beach all day before heading back. Instead of booking online we just decided to go in to get more information about parasailing. We got there right at 9. The staff was friendly and accommodating! They got us going fairly quickly. We were lucky to get there early enough that it was like having our own private ride with just us two. We were impressed with how the guys were very entertaining and experienced! We absolutely enjoyed every second of it. It was so worth the splurge!!!

Person at check in was rude and obnoxious to guests. Prices are astronomical. I wouldn’t get a rental here if someone paid me.

Great experience parasailing! The crew was awesome, not 100% sure their names… I think the deck hands name was Brian (beefy fella with a respectable beard) and I believe I remember hearing them call the captain, captain amazing (blonde shaggy hair thinner guy). 2 other couples were on the boat with us. The crew was very friendly and made us comfortable, the beefy fella with the beard was cracking me up… the crew definitely made it memorable. Went around and got some great pictures and videos with my gopro.
Signing up and everything at the storefront was painfree and simple. I paid up and had a hour to kill, got back when it was time and signed a form. The guy there was a middle aged fella with a great attitude and made us laugh. Everyone in the facility seems laid back and happy to be there. It was a Thursday and everything was sorta slow… they seemed to enjoy something to do and glad some folks showed up. I recommend them, prices aren’t bad either.

It’s my last week of vacation and I was looking through Google for last minute plans with my 7 year old son. I found the dolphin sunset cruise and it was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and the boat captains were awesome. We saw a lot of dolphins and their little babies. There wasn’t a lot of people when I went so there was a lot of moving space. Aside from the dolphins, the ride was very relaxing. We were just cruising around, saw lightning in the distance, a rainbow and the sunset. I would definitely do it again.

We did the dolphin cruise and parasailing. Both were great. We saw a ton of dolphins, at least 10, and even a baby. The captains were very knowledgeable on the area. We were on a packed boat, but they made sure they went around to every group multiple times to check on how we were doing and answer any questions we had about what we were seeing. The only draw back is two hours is a bit much for a six and seven year old. At least it was for ours. For the adults it was great. I would recommend packing a snack. They had water for free. The parasailing was an experience like no other. It was very calm and a great way to see the island. We even saw sting rays and one sea turtle despite the height. The captain and assistant on this boat were very nice too.

Amazing customer service and a real pleasure to deal with! There was a mix up on our time for the jet ski rental but they fixed it extremely fast. Will definitely do business with them again!

Bought a new boat from them a few years ago and was given one with a sail that had obviously been used. They said they could order a new one for us, but iw would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable since we had the boat and parts paid for and on hold for a month. Recently bought a new sail and some new hardware and was given a kit with incomplete parts and a sail with a stain. Wish there was another local option. I will not go through them in the future.

We went on vacation to our home town of Pensacola and my parents came out to visit. My father decided that he wanted to go Parasailing with“his high school sweetheart «(my mom) and invited me, my wife and our three children to go with them. When we arrived the staffers all very friendly and accommodating. On the boat our captain Boog and his first mate Jesus took great care to make sure everyone was safe and enjoyed the trip. When our daughter changed her mind about taking a ride (from no to yes) they adjusted our groupings while my wife and I were in midair!
They also rent jet skis, pontoon boats and sail boats as well as doing a dolphin cruise.
Thank you Kirk, Boog and Jesus for a great day!

Would rate a ten if I could! Staff was sooo accommodating! My boyfriend and I thought we would really love the jet skis. He did. I didn’t. We rented it for an hour an after twenty minutes I was done, so we went back to see if they would put the money from the other half of the hour towards something else! Manager was more than willing and gladly signed us up for parasailing! Which I LOVED! Aside from the captain touching my leg when he looked at my tattoo, it was wonderful! Prices were affordable and reasonable. We did wait an hour to go parasailing, but hey, this is island time right? We grabbed a few of their beach chairs and hung out and relaxed till it was time!

Wonderful experience renting jet skis. Super friendly and attentive staff. Great time for our entire family. We will definitely be back to rent from them in the future. You can register online or walk right up and in minutes you are speeding away on a brand new jet ski!!!

This was our second trip to Key Sailing in the past couple of years. Last time we did parasailing and rented jet skis. This time just got on the jet skis. The staff has always been very friendly and personable. We were able to enjoy watching the boys head out on jet skis while my wife and I had a quick bite up at Hemmingways. I would highly recommend.

Awesome experience! The staff here is exceptionally friendly and good-natured. Alexa, who helped us check in for parasailing, was cheery, upbeat, and very helpful. The entire experience was well organized and quite reasonable in price. Will definitely come here again on future visits to Pensacola. Be sure to ask for Alexa if at possible — she’s the best!

We rented a wave runner for an hour today. It was $ 85 and my husband and I switched off driving. It was a lot of fun and they weren’t a stickler about the time. I think we were out there for an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, everyone was nice and we are definitely going to do it again.

The experience was great, but one of the workers did not seem happy to have to actually work, the young man who was being paid felt it appropriate to complain about having to get our Sea Doo’s and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I did not see him around when we got back so that was good.

This business is located at the end of Quietwater Boardwalk on the other side of Hemingways. It is on the first floor underneath Surf Burger and around for a very long time. I have rented jet skis here years ago but today, my dad and I tried something different. He rented a single kayak ($ 15/hour) and me, a paddle board ($ 25/hour). The staff were very friendly and the girl at the front offered to let me leave my purse behind the front counter.
There are several types of water sports you can fulfill at this place. Parasailing, dinner cruises, jet skis, paddle boarding, single/double kayaking, pontoon boat and catamaran rentals.
We had a great time, prices were reasonable, and their equipment was in excellent condition. I’m thinking another paddle boarding stint before I go back to Phoenix will be in order…
