If the military weren’t coordinating our move, we would’ve fired these guys a long time ago.
They booked us to pack on a Friday and told us they’d be here between 8 – 10. Come 2pm, no one has showed and no one will answer the phone. Finally, we get in touch with someone and they inform us that they forgot about us and that nothing could be done that day. So we have to reschedule our cross country move, hotel reservations, my first day of work at the new job, et cetera.
Then, they say they’ll be here Monday at 0800. We’ll be early, we’re so sorry, they said. It is currently 0900 and we haven’t seen or heard from anyone.
This review might be preemptive but honestly, they could be perfect angels and treat our belongings as gold and I would still not ever recommend them.
