Poor mgmt, poor service, teach them the definition of customer service, please. A new place worth the worst mgmt and service. If the place runs like this, imagine the up keep. Today no big burger patties, out completely.

If I could give any less than one star, I would. Since recently reopening, this location has become the worst. Its beautifully remodeled, with a nice atmosphere I would normally enjoy eating in. However, the staff is a different story. It ALWAYS takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, the lady taking orders is always rude and cuts you off with a total before you finish. Oh, and I always have to go back because something is missing. Management is never remorseful, they apologize like it kills them to have to give you what you paid for. Never again, Ill drive down the road to the other one.

Burger King seems to be an endangered specie. After my last visit to this location, I’m not surprised as to why. I went through the drive thru late one night & was the only one in line. After pulling up to the window to pay, the employee who took my order was tacking on a cell phone, while I sat for almost 5 minutes waiting for service. I finally get my order, but before driving off I noticed I only got half of what I ordered. I told the girl nicely that I ordered two whoppers, not 1. She didn’t say anything except«hold on.» Then she gave me the remainder of my order and didn’t apologize for the wait or say thank you. The flood in April 2014 shut this place down. I’m not trying to sound racist, but the fact of the matter is I’ve been to several BK, & the problem is most of them hire ghetto hoodrats with bad attitudes with no respect for customers.

Not a fan of Burger King, normally. Sometimes, however, it is just convenient and cheap and you do it, right? Just had to review this one, though, because of the super-sweet and excellent Tee who served us. She was super-friendly from the start to everyone, joking and smiling. She brought my order to me and offered to get anything else I wanted, as if I were in an actual restaurant with cloth napkins etc. Great girl, great service. Everything was clean. Tv inside.
