This company was very professional from the start. The two men came to my house exactly when I was told they would and didn’t drag out the work just to run up the bill. The men worked through a thunderstorm and crawled under my house. When they were finished they cleaned up the area they were working in and the bill was very reasonable. I even received a 5% military discount. I will definitely use them again in the future if I have any other plumbing issues! Thanks to everyone at Downs Plumbing for such great service!

I had an emergency plumbing issue at a house I was selling. I called Larry and he happily scheduled me in at my convenience. Service was great and price was reasonable. Definitely my go-​to plumber now.

I was quite pleased with the service I received from Downs Plumbing.
After calling out another local company that advertises a lot on the radio, I just didn’t feel much of a connection. They advised me against trying to drain my hot water heater, and insisted that getting a new one was the only way to go. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did.
Downs Plumbing not only was willing to work with me on draining my existing hot water heater (saving me a bundle of money), their prices were better across the board.
