Eyeglass World

I am rating this with 3-​stars. It’s an average rating because 5 stars would go to optician, Sally and 1 star for the people who answer the phone and blow you off when checking on your eyeglasses.
First, Sally is amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the lenses and the fit. She’s one of the best opticians I’ve ever come across.
Business was completed with expected delivery of one pair of lenses the next day and the second pair a couple days later. That never happened and when I called I kept getting told they would be ready the «next» day. Well, that never came. I got all kinds of stories about when the glasses would be ready. One story was the due date which was not true and another was that they had been mailed out and wouldn’t be received back for a couple more days. Well, they weren’t mailed out. They hadn’t left the shop. All it took was indicating I expected a refund.
Sally came to the rescue when she heard the discussion. One pair was already finished and the other just waiting to be finished. They had never been mailed. There was no blown-​up due date. Sally also did the tinting and called me within the hour. They were ready for pickup.
This was a terrible experience at Eyeglass World due to the excuses and being blown off. I would never take a prescription to another Eyeglass World unless Sally worked there.

Went there on the 5^th of January ordered glasses, I was told they be ready between 1pm and 2pm on the 6^th. Holy Moly drove across town to pick them up, the lady told me we must have got our communication crossed they won’t be ready till 3:15pm. I bought over 10 pairs of glasses there, but never again.

Eyeglass World has been slow on their service. Turnaround time on one particular pair of glasses was over three weeks.
