There are some really nice old ladies working here who will give you a decent haircut. The only bad thing about this place is the price and I honestly wasn’t 100% satisfied with my haircut just because I felt it was a little sloppy. It’s a little hidden but easy to find with a GPS unit. I don’t think I’ll come back but it’s there if you left base already and need a haircut right somewhat right out of the front gate.

Always enjoy coming here. They take good care of you. Wish you were still right outside of the base.

Been in Pensacola for about two and a half years and stopped by here for a cut. They did really well. It’s been hard finding a place I like around here because growing up one of my good friends has a barber shop and did a great job, but I think I found a place I’ll keep going to. Good medium fade all the way through and didn’t get any cut on top and they didn’t make it look like a flat top looking thing which is good.

Don’t waste your time, just go to Kristis barbershop. It’s five minutes down the road, better service and better haircuts.

Military haircuts here are superb! Top quality. They really know how to take care of military. Little on the expensive side but with the quality and the way it looked it was well worth it.

Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area! Very military friendly and no matter who cuts your hair you’ll walk out looking and feeling great. $ 12 for a skin fade with a hot towel and everything. Not far from base at all and soooo worth the extra few bucks from getting it cut on base. You can tell they have their regulars but they are very welcoming of new customers.

Awesome!!! It’s a true barber shop with hot shaving cream and razors. Not just a clipper with a high price tag. The military décor made me feel right at home.

$ 12 haircuts are becoming the exception rather than the rule. The military décor is sheik and the barbers are good. The lady that cut my hair was not the friendliest but considering that it’s just a haircut and not an ‘experience’, who cares, right? the hot towels and hot shaving cream are neat but the they smell musty and need to be replaced. Other than that, I have no opinion…

This barber shop is very military friendly and they know how to cut hair. I recommend everyone of all services and civilians to get your haircut here.

The best thing about this place is that it was decently quick and clean. Other than that it was below expectations. The barber that cut my hair liked to talk. That isn’t a problem except that she would stop cutting while talking. And the conversation was a little intense for a first time meet(religion and politics and who I should look for to marry). As for the actual hair cut, the low fade was pretty poor. She cut it up to my ears and thought she was done. Just because the fade is low doesn’t mean the whole side of the head doesn’t need to be trimmed.

Came here my first round in Pensacola 5 years ago. And now I am here again. This is as good as it gets for haircuts around here. They used to be located immediately off of south Navy Blvd but moved down the street slightly and now are located to your right as you turn off of Navy Bllvd and onto Barrancas. You will see an Antique store, then a Warrington hardware store. Take the immediate next right and you will see the small efficient Barber shop inside a red brick building. In my opinion its the best barber shop in town when it comes to Military haircuts. There are 1 or two barbers here who are not amazing but for the most part they are all great. I was a regular of Greg, who’s a chill dude with a goatee and is usually fading haircuts in the far right chair as you walk in the shop. If its your thing they will also give you a nice motivating razor fade. Military cut is 9 i believe a regular is 11. Currently they only take cash. They do have an ATM in the shop and there is also one across the street at the Warrington Bank. Literally about 30 seconds walk from the barber shop.

This is my second time in pensacola and I wish I have seen this place before. I usually get my haircut at the base which is convenient but not anymore. They have a very friendly environment and I saw a lot of regulars coming in here while getting my haircut. Just like Ryan P. said, they use straight razors and warm shaving cream, then finish off with a warm towel.

Five Flags is a great place to run in for a quick, cheap haircut. Anytime you go in, you’re get to chat with several members of our country’s military — it always fun to get to watch the new boots requesting their«high & tight» haircut. While Five Flags certainly has the market on military haircuts, they do serve a great barber shop for the general population as well. Haircuts are still just $ 11, and every car is manned by an excellent barber. I would definitely recommend Five Flags as a good all-around barber shop. Be sure to look for them in their new location — they have moved off of Navy Blvd., and are just around the corner on Barrancas Ave. The owner told me that this was their original location over 20 years ago(right next to Warrington Hardware).

Five Flags is located close to NAS Pensacola. They cater, from what I can tell, to mostly military and they are real good at providing nice clean haircuts. One of the best parts is they use straight razors and warm shaving cream to shave your neck then finish off with a warm towel around your neck. Price is descent to at around $ 11 a haircut.
