Ask for Mo. He was rated best in the region for Massage Envy, and it is obvious why. He does the best deep tissue without pain and is very knowledgeable. He will also treat you well, and absolutely is the king of customer service for massage therapists. He is a gem.

This location in Pensacola has had a bad reputation for a long time. However, there are some new therapist that are amazing. I am very impressed with the talented staff. The front desk can be a little pushy with up-selling. The base prices are very reasonable.

Great place! Super friendly adn helpful staff. They really cared about every aspect, making sure u got the right massage by the right person. The intro session was so good we signed up for a membership immediately. Highly recommend to all our friends(and Unilocalers) you won’t be disappointed!

I have been to other Massage Envy’s and they were great. This one looks brand new on the inside, so I cannot figure out for the life of me why it smells like a wet mildewy mop. I had to walk out, the smell was burning my nose hairs. As far as the excessive card charging, can you sign up with one of those prepaid credit cards? I was even perturbed giving them my credit card number so they could«secure» my appointment.

I totally second Frank A.‘s review: Let me just say I solely signed up for Unilocal just so I could write about how unprofessional, mistreating, rude, condescending, fraudulent misrepresentation, lack of customer service, or just the plain old«doing the right thing» this store lacks in. I am currently serving in the middle east, I canceled my membership(like they advertise when you first sign up) due to deployment reason. I had already been stationed to San Diego but according the company policy you have to cancel with the location you sign up for membership. Ok, that’s fine so I had to ask one of my friends who still lives in P-cola to drop off the cancellation paperwork for me(i emailed my friend an electronic copy of everything, my deployment orders, cancellation documents, etc). This all happened on nov 1st, 2011. I even mailed in everything i just described through mail from the middle east. Well it is jun 1st, 2012 and I am STILLGETTINGCHARGED $ 54MONTHLY, some months TWICE for services I am clearly unable to receive. Did i stay up at night to talk to them when they are open? YES. Have i made multiple attempts to speak to management and have no results/response? YES. Do they have any remorse or apologetic gesture in the way they talk? NO. Have they specifically made fun of, laugh at, and give sarcastic remarks towards military members and say it is «tough luck» to be wrongfully charged? YES. Thankfully USAA is AWESOME at having military members’ back and taking care of business back home and dealing with such ill minded people for us. They have been going after massage envy and bringing back every penny back to my account except those within 60days from today, word to word this is what the owner of the store said to me over the internet phone I was able to use today: «I will wait 60 days to pay you back through your credit card just to prove a point in how much you don’t deserve getting your money back. i will wait as long as I possibly can to keep this money as long as I can.» I finally had to come to the conclusion: «Sir, you should be ashamed how you manage your business and treat your customers, even your fellow massage envy are outraged by your management. No wonder you are doing this. You’re going out of business aren’t you? So you wrongfully charge credit cards of those that are not in town in hopes we will not check our account and be able to face you in person to fix the situation?» His response: «I’M A CHRISTIANMAN, I WILLNOTGOOUTOFBUSINESSGODWILLNOTLETMEGODOWN.» As a Christian, I am embarrassed I have to associate myself with someone like him. MILITARYMEMBERS/OR ANYONEWHODOESN’T PLANONSTAYINGWITHTHISMEMBERSHIPFOREVER(AKAFOLKSWHOMOVETO A LOCATIONNOTCLOSETO A MASSAGEENVY) BEAWARE! You would have gone through an entire combat experience by the time you get to cut ties with this shop. I beg you for your sanity: DON’T JOINWITHTHISLOCATION, PENSACOLAFL.
