Still offering great service and complimentary water testing (they do expect you to purchase supplies at least occasionally). I would not take my business anywhere else. They’ve been in business for many years, serving Pensacola, NW Florida and south Alabama. Their expertise is very helpful.

Inquired about a new liner last year. The P’Cola pool guy came as promised. I chose this company solely on price which I believe was a mistake. During the install (I wasn’t home, the wife was) they dug up my yard, a trench about 12 inches wide and 10 feet long. Had I not called to inquire about the process I would’ve had a drain line that I was charged for but never asked for. The liner went in without a glitch and have been happy until now. I noticed a seal around my stairs that was peeling off. I took a video and went to the shop. I showed the KID at the counter, he said Allen would call me. This was 7 days ago with no return call yet. I’ve called 3 times, and my wife called twice. My wife called again today and was told they are in for only a few minutes every morning at 7:30. So after repeated calls. I’m told I have to now call at a specific time. Very unprofessional and lack of after the sell customer service. I would not recommend P’Cola pools to anyone based on the «After the sale customer service»

Pensacola Pools is a solid pool company specializing in pool equipment and pool chemicals. I have been coming here ever since I purchased my first house with a pool. Pensacola Pools is a locally-​owned company with locations throughout Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama. What I like most about this place is that even through the rise of labor/​fuel costs, they have been able to offer free pool water testing to their customers. Their only request is that you purchase your pool chemicals from them in exchange. Their prices are very reasonable, and their staff is very knowledgeable and well-​organized.
