Rob’s Trailer Hitch Center

I have used Rob’s Trailer Hitch many times and their service is always top notch and their work is outstanding.

I hired these guys to rewire my boat trailer and install brakes. The trailer work seems fine, but it took them two months to get around to working on it after originally quoting me a wait time of two weeks. When my trailer was finally done, I arrived at their shop to find my trailer jack wheel was broken, my boat had been parked under a tree for two months, and was in abysmal condition. The cover was full of about a hundred gallons of water (the posts I had put under the cover to prevent this had been laid down for who knows what reason) and the brand new cover had ripped. Not to mention the boat was also full of mildew, leaves, and ants. No one at the shop seemed to care about any of this and seemed to just want me to go away. They did bring themselves to sell me a new jack wheel for half price (saving me $ 5). I will never do business with this company again, and would recommend anyone reading this review to keep looking for a quality trailer person, cuz these folks are not that.
