Okay not sure what makes a great storage unit business but the reason I gave this place five stars is for one reason, my last months experience with them.
So after years of storing worthless stuff I finally cleaned out my storage unit (left unlocked). I cleaned it out first of Nov and procrastinated about calling and closing the account. So five weeks later i finally called to stop paying for an empty unit. But they had already closed the account. They said, «each month we conduct a monthly inspection of units and if they are empty and unlock, we stop billing you»
I was completely surprise, thought for sure they would have continued to charge me until i called and closed the account.
