This review is a long time coming. I’m not sure why I continued to visit this particular location, but the time has come to sever our relationship. Time after time I have received incorrectly-filled orders at the drive-thru. Since I’m the only one in the car there is nobody to check the order on my way home. Tonight I ordered a combo taco meal that was to come with deluxe hard shell tacos(containing beast mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream inside a spicy hard shell). I got three paltry cheddar shells without sour cream or tomatoes and hardly any cheese. Upon calling the«manager,» who I believe was the same girl that was working the drive-thru, I was told that the combo I ordered didn’t come with tomatoes or sour cream and use the cheddar hard shells. I was looking directly at the marquee when I ordered and it does not match what she was telling me. There are two size drinks that can come with the combo… regular or large. She insisted also that the large is the only size that comes with that meal.(Again, their marquee plainly shows two sizes available.) Aside from the frequent food issues, their parking lot is reminiscent of a battle zone. How many years does it take to fix that? Bottom line: Adiós Taco Bell.

I love taco bell, just not this place. Brandy needs to go work at ymca and hand out towels… attitude sucks… and for the guy with loud mouth and tats that must shift leader, god help me, he should work at kmart in the back putting bikes together were no one can hear him. Very terrible as far as my view, you know the guy with the money, to walk into a place ran like this. Btw We drive by this place three times a day, and haven’t been back, how much money have you lost from just me??? Place needs a makeover and a new group of employees… good day.
