The owner/manager has an immense deficit in customer retention or problem solving skills of any kind. I have a brand new 2014 Honda Civic Coupe(literally, 2 months old) and decided to get my car detailed-inside and out-as a birthday present to myself. After the long drive from my past residence of Chicago, Illinois to my new home in Pensacola, Florida; I felt my car deserved a little TLC. In researching different detailers in the area, I came across Precision Auto Spa. They seemed to have everything down-pat when it comes to getting a car to look nice and I really took a liking to their mobile detailing service(where they come to you no matter where the location). After they were complete, there was no walk-through whatsoever and/or an initial consultation, like promised. Instead, they had packed up and brought to me their tool for accepting payment and were on their way. After taking a more in-depth look myself, there was a sticky residue that was left on my windshield and also greasy smears all over my dash – just sloppy work and negligence for attention-to-detail. Moreover, my entire car(fronts, sides and back along with all windows) had water spots left behind. After a $ 232 bill with a 20% tip, I suppose I thought my car would come out looking spotless. After about 20 minutes of the crew leaving, I called the manager to try to get it rectified and was very understanding at first. Instead of being receptive to such criticism/concern, he tried to blame it on hard water spots that my car had PRIOR to the detail. One would think that this would have been removed with the promised«Business Class Detail» a.k.a. the most expensive package they offer. Instead, there was a residue left behind both on the inside and outside of my car. After going in circles with him on the phone, he finally offered to swing back by to see what he could do on my car. Again, another situation that was over-promised and under-delivered. The fact of the matter is that this is a service and company that I will no longer contribute to and will not be passing on a good reference for the experience that I had.

Elkanah and the other gentleman with him were extremely timely and professional. In under 2.5 hours they managed to make my 1994 Corvette that I am selling look showroom new. I would use them any day to clean my other cars and would highly recommend any of their services.

Had Precision come out to give my husband’s Frontier pickup the business class detail. Two gentlemen arrived on time and proceeded to spend 2.5 hours cleaning the truck. The vehicle has NEVER looked this good, not even when we bought it! Such attention to even the most minor details(door jams, carpets, floor mats, removed a stain that was on the seat when we bought it…). They were professional, skilled, courteous. Really the best detail I have ever had done on a vehicle, I will definitely use them again in the future!
