I just bought my house and ripped out all the flooring. Looked all over Pensacola and got plenty of estimates for carpet. All the carpets were pretty similar if not the same as far as color and quality are considered. Then I wanted the moisture barrier and some places were charging almost an additional 30 cents per foor. Long story short carpet market gave me the best price. As far as service. I can’t speak for the other carpet places but this one is incredible. The installed my carpet the next day, but of course I can’t be that easy. I hadn’t finished the tile yet so I asked if the installers could come back once I finish the tile. Betty said that would be fine. So they show up to install and they are 45 minutes EARLY! I’m not home I get a call and I’m thinking they are gonna leave, nope they wait for me to get there and go straight to work. When they came back after I finished the tile same thing. The installers were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely use them again for any carpet needs. Not to mention it’s a family owned shop.
