I can’t say enough great things about this place. The courteous staff is always happy to help me and make sure my needs are met. I never have to ask twice. If there’s a line when I go in it goes down quickly and I’m out the door faster than I thought I would be. They also have supplies which really made it easy for me to mail out a photo CD I made for my friend of my pets and flowers. I’m treated with respect kindness. This really is a great place located close to where I live. It’s so convenient for me. Morgan has always been such a sweet girl and so helpful. She knows I’m an old lady and treats me respectfully. She’ll even engage me in conversation if it’s slow. So if you live around here give this place a visit

Unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. When I first arrived there was no one at the counter, after a little bit of waiting I said hello and a girl (Morgan) walked out from the back of the store. She didn’t seem to be too happy to be there or maybe I interrupted her siesta or Facebook time. I needed a couple papers notarized, so she asked for my DL, I took it out of my wallet and set it in front of me but nowhere near her because I was searching for something and was not ready to hand it to her. However, she reached across my purse and my wallet and grabbed my DL. Which I was not happy about, but didn’t say anything. The experience only got worse from there. Morgan was not helpful but actually very rude the entire time. I asked for a manager and she said there was not one there. I paid 20.00 for her to stamp my papers which I found expensive. Having said that though, I would have happily paid more than that for good customer service. It was equivalent to an experience at the local Post Office or McDonalds. I left there very unhappy and I will not be returning and everyone I know will hear about this. Good customer service goes a long way in maintaining a successful business.

My experience here was top notch.
«Dave», was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. A friendly encounter whilst getting business done. What more could I ask for?!
