No longer open! They lost their contract with the airport, neither location (before and after security) are open. Guess they’ll be suing the airport sometime soon…

A nice breakfast spot in the Pensacola airport. They have hot food that’s made to order which is nice. There’s plenty of space in the dining area and they have lattes/​coffee. They didn’t have any decaf available though.

If you’d like to get a bite to eat in the airport before you jump in the security line, Varona’s is the only option. Luckily, it’s a pretty good one.
I’ve only been here in the morning so I haven’t had a chance to try the Cuban sandwich yet. I get the ham, egg and cheese croissant instead. It’s a good sized portion and tasty as well for around $ 7.00.
The dining room is fairly large and open so you can sit a while and relax while you wait for your flight. There is also a bar area but it’s closed in the mornings.
